Building 1: Demolish the majority of the existing structure and repair the portion of the building designated to remain. Approximately +/- 17,000 SF to be demolished. Building 3: Improvements to the walkway and canopy. Building 5: Installation of a new PEMB structure to serve as a training facility. Approximately +/- 3,200 SF Civil works, fire pump house, walkways as per the drawings. Work includes but is not limited to demo work, sitework package, fencing and gates, pavers, landscaping, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metals, wood trusses & framing, asphalt shingles, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, windows, drywall/ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, signage, aluminum canopy system (pre-engineered can be used in lieu of the provided design), pre-engineered metal building, storage tanks, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical. We are the Construction Manager for this project that consists of a new 4,000-sf single story church administration addition adjacent to the existing sanctuary building. It will also include the upgrading of site utility services to the entire campus. Minimal to no work is scheduled for the existing building. Work includes but it not limited to select demo of existing entry canopy, sitework package, landscaping & irrigation, concrete foundations & walks, structural CMU masonry & precast sills/trim, misc. metal cross feature, pre-engineered wood trusses & roof sheathing, millwork, spray foam insulation, shingle roofing w/ gutters & downspouts, fiber cement trim, doors/frames/hardware, windows, stained glass window, stucco, drywall/framing/ACT, flooring & wall tile, painting, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
