UNF Provost Office Renovations REBID - Jacksonville, FL 32224 - Bids Due: 10/07/2025 01:00 PM SEALED BID to be delivered to Auld & White's office prior to bid deadline. (PUBLIC OPENING). Auld & White is the Construction Manager for the renovation to UNF's Bldg 1-J.J. Daniel Hall Provost Suite Renovation.

This project involves the interior renovation of approximately 6,000 sf of work in J.J. Daniel Hall on the existing 2nd Floor along with isolated above ceiling work on the 1st Floor. Area of work to include existing Provost area, along with the adjacent, soon to be vacated, Institutional Research (IR), and Institutional Excellence (IE) office suite. Trades include but not limited to Select Demolition, Millwork, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Interior Storefront, Window Film, Drywall Framing/ACT Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Specialties (wall protection & glass markerboards), Interior Signage, Roller Shades, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage and Access Control.
Work scheduled to commence in December 2025.

JFRD Health and Wellness Center - Jacksonville, FL 32202 - Bids Due: 10/03/2025 01:00 PM Project includes 9,300 sq. ft. of renovations & additions of existing 2-story historic building, civil improvements and dumpster enclosure on a 1.5-acre site for Jacksonville Fire Rescue's new health & wellness center.
