We are bidding this 3,956 sf ground up Circle K Convenience and Gas Station on a green field site. Trades we're responsible for include but are not limited to Sitework, Landscaping, Fencing, Concrete, Misc. Steel, Structural Insulated Panels and Pre-fabricated trusses, Nichiha Siding, PVC Roofing and downspouts, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Storefront, Drywall/ACT/FRP, Flooring, Painting, Building Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical. Project start is anticipated for 6/29/26. No site walk is scheduled for this green field site. It's the responsibility of each subcontractor to become familiar with existing conditions.
