This is a SEALED BID - all proposals shall be hand delivered to Auld & White's office & opened publicly. All subcontractors must have JLA badging. Auld & White is the Construction Manager. This project includes a 12,000 SF interior renovation. October/November start anticipated. Trades include demolition, millwork, doors & hardware, automatic doors, storefront, gypsum assemblies, flooring, painting, specialties, window film, and MEPF systems. RFIs are due on 7/31/25. Bid Packages are forthcoming and must be followed for scope responsibilities. ***Project includes a participation GOAL of 10% SBE & 10% MBE (African American or Hispanic American). Subcontractors who intend to perform work as a registered SBE or MBE must include the attached OEO Form 2 with their proposals.

New construction of 12,800 sq. ft / 2-story COJ Marine Fire Station No. 39 located on 1.2 acre site in Downtown Jacksonville. Trades include site work, ground improvements, fencing, landscape & irrigation, tilt-up concrete, structural steel, stainless steel kitchen casework, millwork, spray foam insulation, metal wall panels, TPO roofing, sealants & waterproofing, doors & hardware, overhead doors, aluminum storefront, drywall / LGMF / ceilings, tile & rubber flooring, polished concrete flooring, resinous flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, flag pole, wood lockers, signage, window treatments, elevator, plumbing, fire sprinklers, HVAC, diesel exhaust capture system, electrical, fire alarm, voice data, access control, lightning protection & fire station alerting system (FSAS). Project includes a 20% JSEB participation goal. Construction start is anticipated for November 2025.
UPS Jacksonville Concrete Replacement - Jacksonville, FL 32219 - Bids Due: 07/23/2025 11:00 AM
Short Turnaround! This project includes replacement of 297 concrete slabs in the active feeder yard. Trades include but are not limited to: Site Demolition and waste removal, Concrete Paving and sealing. Please note Unit Cost requests (see attached) Please also note Alternates requested for accelerated schedule (see attached) Questions are Due ASAP, the owner intends to respond by Friday 7/18 Please advise ASAP if a site visit is needed and we will see about setting one up.

Trades include: sitework, landscaping, pavers, fencing, bocce ball courts, artificial turf, concrete, hollowcore, precast, masonry, metal trusses, railings, structural steel, roofing, waterproofing, doors & hardware, storefront, windows, stucco/EIFS, gypsum assemblies, flooring, painting, specialties, signage, awnings, residential equipment, window treatments, swimming pool, elevator and MEPF systems. Anticipated start is late 2025.
