This bid is separate from the Loretto Building Addition project and involves a public bid opening. Late bids cannot be accepted. We are the construction manager for these emergency generator improvements throughout the Loretto Elementary School campus, which will involve replacement of the existing generator and adding conduit and panels to several buildings. School will be in session and work in student and staff areas will need to be done outside of school hours, bid accordingly. Work includes but is not limited to Select Demo, Asphalt Patching, Concrete Patching, Plumbing (natural gas), and Electrical. Project includes renovation of approx. 1,900 SF of restroom space in multiple buildings and demolition of one existing restroom building. Trades include sitework, demolition, doors & hardware, drywall & ceilings, hard tile, painting, building specialties, plumbing, mechanical, & electrical / fire alarm / intercom. Project includes 10% SBE & 10% MBE participation goal. Only companies that are certified as African American or Hispanic American can be used towards achieving the MBE goal on this contract.
