Negotiated Project. 41,000 SF 2-story new build. May 2026 start. Trades include concrete/tilt, structural steel, millwork, roofing, storefront, doors & hardware, gypsum assemblies, finishes, specialties and MEPF systems. Schematic drawings and full narratives have been provided. The intent is for AWC to enter into a 60% GMP by the end of the year and then finalize pricing with subcontractors once 100% drawings are received in February 2026.
